This is to book all 4 sessions for restorative yoga for hips! Class is April 24-May 15th 730-830 pm at Ajna Yoga Studio in Oak Bay,BC. Restore • Release • Reconnect This yoga therapy series is designed specifically for dancers seeking deeper support for their hips—on and off the dance floor. Blending restorative yoga, gentle mobility training, somatic movement, and breathwork, each session offers a holistic approach to hip care that nurtures both body and nervous system. Through slow, mindful movement and stillness, we’ll explore: Gentle release techniques to unwind tension and chronic holding Mobility practices to create healthy, functional range of motion Somatic awareness to foster deeper connection with your body’s signals Breathwork and nervous system care to support recovery, resilience, and emotional regulation This is a space to soften, restore, and recalibrate. Ideal for dancers of all levels who want to move with more ease, prevent injury, and feel more grounded in their bodies.
