Service Description
Join me for a Seated Adaptive Strength yoga class, where we build strength from a seated, whole body perspective. This trauma-informed, adaptive yoga class is designed to be accessible for all abilities, whether you are recovering from an injury, living with a disability, or have limited energy. Let’s work together to build strength and improve your overall well-being in a supportive and inclusive environment. This is a pre-registered 10 week series. Offered as a block of an ongoing offerings. Drop ins may be available if space permits. This class is offered from seated only. Students may take ambulatory options but they will not be given.
