This monthly Online Class is a much-needed break from the stress and speed of everyday life. Grab a mat and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed. This 2 hour experience is designed to give you a low movement class unwinding the body in to a restorative meditation practice of Yoga Nidra.

Cancellation policy. Group series- No refunds once series has started. Refund less $40 service fee if cancelled 72 hours prior to series start. Sign up for Online option non transferable to in person. Moving between in person/online will be considered case be case if available. Drop in option available pending space. Priority given to full series sign ups. Drop in may not be available for online. Cancellation refund if cancelled more than 24hours notice for drop n. Separate booking policy for Private yoga therapy both single sessions and multiple sessions. Non-refundable deposit required for booking sessions. Remainder of balance refundable if cancelled more than 72hours from first session.
