Gentle Accessible Yoga 

The full series begins January 2026. Join us for a free meet-and-greet class on December 8th! Experience a shorter gentle yoga class designed to be mostly taught from seated or supported with props, with minimal transitions. Discover accessible poses that encourage soothing nervous system regulation, encourage gentle stretching, improved stability and balance. Ideal for people with chronic pain, chronic fatigue, illness, and disability—with or without mobility aids. This class focuses on working within your own window of tolerance, finding comfort in movement, and exploring the benefits of a supportive, adaptive practice. Taught by Maria, a trauma-informed, adaptive, and therapeutic yoga teacher experienced in supporting students with limited mobility, chronic illness, and disability.

Yoga for Runners and Walkers

Support your walking and running training with a yoga practice that emphasizes the hips, legs, feet, and the back. Yoga postures will focus on the lower body, the postures will support stretching, strengthening and opening the body to increase endurance and facilitate faster recovery. Classes include yoga breathing techniques to focus the mind and increase cardiovascular endurance.
