
Gentle Accessible Yoga
This beginner-friendly, inclusive class is designed to support your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're a wheelchair user, mobility aid user or ambulatory, this class offers a safe, supportive space to explore gentle movement, mindful breathing, and restorative postures. This practice is fully accessible and can be done entirely from a seated position without the need for transfers. The instructor will be there to assist and offer suggestions. Working together to find each movement to align with each student’s needs and goals. This class is ideal for anyone seeking a slower-paced, nurturing practice with an emphasis on self-care, connection, and empowerment.
Yoga for Runners and Walkers
Support your walking and running training with a yoga practice that emphasizes the hips, legs, feet, and the back. Yoga postures will focus on the lower body, the postures will support stretching, strengthening and opening the body to increase endurance and facilitate faster recovery. Classes include yoga breathing techniques to focus the mind and increase cardiovascular endurance.
