90 Minute Private Yoga Single Session

Service Description
The Private Session allows you to dive deeper into yoga practice and your goals. The focus is you and designed around what you need. For many, this is a session to develop a home short practice, or adapt movements to your goals and needs. Others enjoy a session to be led through movement, meditation or breath work. During this 90 minute session, we go through a detailed and comprehensive intake form to assess your goals and current activity levels. Typically, during the first session we will practice a short sequence together. After your session you will receive a custom yoga sequence for a home practice, with a recording of the sequence or meditation. Maria has worked with students who are looking to refine a practice, recover from injury or surgery, or ways to adapt their practice to find the benefits of a movement or meditation practice with a chronic illness or disability. This service is best suited for you as a one time session. Most students seek multiple sessions in order to see lasting benefits and support.
